01 Introduction

Welcome to rk84. These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms", "T&C") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you", "your") and rk84 ("rk84", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the rk84 website, mobile platform, and all associated services including online casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, promotional offers, and customer support.

By registering an account, accessing the rk84 platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the rk84 platform.

02 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to rk84 is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. rk84 enforces a rigorous age verification process and reserves the right to request proof of age at any point during the account lifecycle. Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds returned to the original deposit source after appropriate due-diligence checks.

2.2 Registration Requirements

To create an account on rk84, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You must not provide false, misleading, or unverifiable information during the registration process.

• Only one account per person, household, IP address, or device is permitted.
• You must be the registered owner of any payment method used on your rk84 account.
• You must not register on behalf of another person or allow another person to use your account.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded or permanently banned from rk84.
• You must be accessing rk84 voluntarily and for personal recreational purposes only.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

rk84 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process, we may request identity verification documents at registration or at any subsequent point, including before processing withdrawal requests. Acceptable documents include government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days). Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

03 Account Management

3.1 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your rk84 username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your account. rk84 will never contact you by any channel requesting your password. Any activity occurring under your account credentials is your sole responsibility unless you have promptly notified rk84 of unauthorised access in writing.

3.2 Account Currency

All rk84 accounts operate in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Account balances, deposit amounts, withdrawal requests, wagering requirements, and promotional values are all denominated in BDT. rk84 does not apply currency conversion fees for BDT transactions.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager activity has occurred within a continuous period of 12 months. rk84 reserves the right to apply an administrative inactivity fee of ৳200 per month to dormant accounts once the 12-month inactivity threshold has been reached, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied.

3.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request voluntary closure of your rk84 account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing your account, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed and active bonus balances will be forfeited unless otherwise specified. Account closure does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to the closure date.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

rk84 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and select Visa and Mastercard debit instruments where permitted. rk84 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

• Minimum single deposit: ৳500
• Maximum single deposit: ৳500,000 (subject to payment method limits)
• Minimum withdrawal request: ৳1,000
• Maximum single withdrawal: ৳200,000 per transaction
• Maximum cumulative withdrawal: ৳1,000,000 per calendar week

Higher limits may be available to VIP players by arrangement with the rk84 account management team. Transaction limits are subject to change and will be communicated via the rk84 platform.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

rk84 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission, subject to identity verification and any applicable security review. During periods of high demand or following large withdrawal requests, processing times may extend up to 72 hours. rk84 is not liable for delays caused by the player's bank, mobile financial service provider, or any intermediate payment processor.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered under the same name as your rk84 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. rk84 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined where rk84 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

rk84 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and tournament prize pools. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, which form part of this Agreement when read together with these Terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded by rk84 carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, contribution rates, time limits, and maximum bet per round during an active bonus will be stated clearly in the individual promotional terms. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement for rk84 welcome bonuses is 30x the sum of the deposit and bonus amount.

• Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements.
• Live casino table games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack) typically contribute 10%.
• Teen Patti and Andar Bahar typically contribute 15%.
• Sports betting wagers placed with bonus funds must meet minimum odds requirements as specified per promotion.
• Progressive jackpot slots are typically excluded from wagering contribution.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

rk84 actively monitors all accounts for signs of bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, deliberately low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear wagering requirements while minimising risk ("bonus laundering"), and exploiting errors or miscommunications in promotional terms. rk84 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and permanently suspend accounts where bonus abuse is identified.

06 Gameplay & Betting Rules

6.1 Game Rules

Each game available on rk84 is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface or via the rk84 help section. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing a wager. rk84 accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's failure to understand game rules.

6.2 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or system failure that affects a game's outcome or the display of game results, rk84 reserves the right to void the affected round and return all wagers to the players involved. rk84's decision in such matters is final. rk84 is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures outside its direct control, including but not limited to internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party provider outages.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets available on rk84, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football, kabaddi, and hockey, are governed by the specific market rules published on the rk84 sportsbook. Settlement of bets is based on official results from recognised governing bodies. rk84 reserves the right to suspend, void, or restrict betting markets where it identifies suspicious activity, significant line movement, or potential match integrity concerns.

6.4 Errors and Mispriced Odds

rk84 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or prices that were published in error due to a technical fault, human error, or data feed failure. Bets placed at clearly mispriced odds — where any reasonable player would recognise the pricing as an obvious error — are void regardless of any subsequent settlement. rk84's decision regarding mispriced odds is final.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rk84 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

1. Registering more than one account on rk84, or registering on behalf of another person.
2. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at registration or during KYC verification.
3. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit bonuses, or interact with the platform in any non-human manner.
4. Colluding with other players in poker, Teen Patti, or any multiplayer game to gain an unfair advantage.
5. Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime using rk84 accounts or transactions.
6. Exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities, or errors in the platform to derive financial benefit.
7. Charging back, reversing, or disputing legitimate rk84 deposits with a payment provider or bank.
8. Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, interfere with RNG systems, or compromise platform integrity in any way.
9. Using the rk84 platform for any purpose other than personal recreational gambling.
10. Threatening, harassing, or abusing rk84 staff or other players via any communication channel.

08 Responsible Gaming

8.1 Player Protection Tools

09 Privacy & Data Use

10 Intellectual Property

11 Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits rk84's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by rk84's gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded as a matter of law.

12 Suspension & Termination

rk84 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents within required timeframes.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or participation in any criminal activity.
• Suspected use of automated tools, collusion, or exploitation of platform vulnerabilities.
• Charge-back of a valid rk84 deposit through a payment provider or bank.
• Regulatory or legal requirement to restrict or terminate the account.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion request.

Upon account suspension or termination, rk84 will conduct a review of the account's transaction history. Where funds are determined to be legitimately owned by the player and not subject to forfeiture under these Terms, rk84 will arrange a return of the net balance to the player's original deposit method following completion of any applicable investigation. Bonus balances and associated winnings may be forfeited upon termination for cause.

13 Disputes & Complaints

rk84 is committed to resolving all player complaints fairly, promptly, and transparently. If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the rk84 service — including game outcomes, bonus settlements, withdrawal processing, or account management decisions — the following procedure applies:

1. Step 1 — Customer Support: Submit your complaint to the rk84 customer support team via live chat or email. Provide full details including your account username, the date and time of the issue, and any relevant transaction or game round reference numbers. rk84 aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours.

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international online gaming regulations applicable to the jurisdiction under which rk84 holds its operating licence. Players access rk84 voluntarily and are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform is compliant with the laws and regulations of their own country, state, or territory of residence.

rk84 makes no representation that access to or use of the rk84 platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction. Players in jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted or prohibited by local law access the platform entirely at their own risk and legal responsibility.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the complaints procedure in Section 13 shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

15 Amendments

rk84 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, rk84 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised to reflect any amendments.

Your continued use of the rk84 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request voluntary account closure as described in Section 3.4.
